Food and drinks were amazing! Wait staff was courteous and on point! The only bad thing was it was hot as heck and the ac doesn't hit the tables in the back. That was the only bad thing so go on a cool day and enjoy the drinks on their gorgeous deck! Great date spot

They have great breakfast tacos. You can tell they are great by their tortillas. They have a nice vibe and the service was nice. They have an order by QR code system which has its pros and cons. Would recommend this place for anyone who enjoys great tex mex

I recently visited Republic Cantina for breakfast and was blown away by their delicious breakfast tacos! The tortillas were fresh and the fillings were cooked to perfection. I particularly enjoyed the brisket breakfast taco, but all of the options were delicious. In addition to the amazing food, the atmosphere at Republic Cantina was fantastic. The Texas-themed decor added to the overall charm of the restaurant, and the Texas country music added an extra touch of fun to the experience. I would highly recommend Republic Cantina to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast tacos and a fun dining experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe of the restaurant was welcoming and inviting. Whether you're a fan of breakfast tacos or just looking for a taste of Texas, you won't be disappointed by a visit to Republic Cantina.

I came here on Friday night for dinner. This has officially become one of my top spots for authentic Tex-Mex in DC. It was so good, I got too excited and ate my food before I got a chance to take a picture! From the minute you walk in, you feel as though you are actually in a local restaurant in Mexico. The vibes are quaint, festive and chill. Our server was wonderful and very much on point. We started off with the Chile con Queso which was delicious. I then had the fajitas and chose steak and shrimp. The flour tortillas were flaky and fresh. The seasoning of both the steak and shrimp was *chef's kiss*. The "Pick Two" option was more than enough for 1 person. I definitely see me being a regular here!

I would definitely go to this restaurant again. The food is good and not too expensive. Also you get chips and dip for free when you sit down. The service was friendly.

Every time I am in DC, I have to stop by. The staff is amazing and the food is even better. I love exploring new tequilas that I've never had. I just love Republic Cantina.

This place was pretty busy for brunch, of which we thankfully had a reservation and tried a bunch of stuff on the menu. The coffee was creative and delicious, and so was the sandwich! Defiantly the best way to show my friends what Tex-mex cuisine is 💯

The food is a bit pricey, but the portions are very big, and the flavor is great! They had a good selection of margaritas, and the service was great. They had a few vegetarian options, and personally, I found the food to be mild in spice - though I have a high spice tolerance.
